Package shipment
As a general rule, packages are dispatched within 24/72 hours after receipt of payment.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal charges. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied to each order individually. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipping, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.
Returns
Those claims related to the receipt of the order, the lack of product or the poor condition of any element thereof will be attended to through our email info@refan.es leaving us your contact information and details of the order received.
In no case will claims of products that have been opened or manipulated be accepted, except in cases in which the reception of the product in poor condition can be demonstrated (accredited with photographs of the same).
Unfortunately many of our products are factory sealed and without an exterior seal. We cannot accept returns on these products since once opened the period of use of the same begins.
To return the product in perfect condition, you must package it and send it to our warehouses at the address ........... (reception from Monday to Friday from .....),
They can also take you directly to the same address.
The return costs are borne by the customer.
Once we have received the return from the carrier and checking that the product is in perfect condition, we will proceed to fully reimburse the amount charged or if you prefer, we will send the same product to your home at no cost.
For all this, you must follow the following steps to ensure the refund of the amount, follow the following instructions:
Check the good condition of the packages received and the products at the time they are delivered.
In case of receiving a package damaged by the transport process, take a photo and send it to us by email to info@refan.es
Once the products or packages have been manipulated, product returns will not be accepted.
You have 14 calendar days to file the claim according to current regulations.
Returns of orders that match the orders ordered through the web are not allowed.
Sometimes it can happen that the photo of the product is old and does not exactly match the current packaging but the product is the same. This is not a reason for return.
